Hi, I'm Filippo Di-Carlo. I'm a Graphic, Motion and Type Designer.
I study at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin, where I delve into visual design, motion graphics and typography to create creative and innovative projects.
Photography is one of my greatest passions, the medium through which I recount everyday moments by transforming them into timeless images.
I like to combine the spontaneity of fleeting moments with meticulously detailed compositions, resulting in an aesthetic that weaves together the charm of analog and the precision of digital.
In this project I revisited Land Rover's logo, aiming to modernize its aesthetic while respecting the brand's original identity. The new version emphasizes simplicity and contemporaneity, with essential lines that convey robustness and elegance, intrinsic characteristics of Land Rover vehicles. I chose to incorporate minimalist lettering and a visual approach that would ensure greater adaptability on different media, from apparel to promotional materials, while keeping the motto “Above and Beyond” at the center.
